ITEM MOVED TO FUTURE AGENDA: APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN JD PALATINE, LLC AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
JD Palatine will provide background checks, verifications and other consumer reports to the School Board of Sarasota County for Level 1 volunteers. JD Palatine will only furnish a report for a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. (“FCRA”) and no other purpose.
Recommendation
That the contract between JD Palatine LLC and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida be approved as presented.
