The bid #18-0138 to provide ‘General Contracting & Carpentry Services’ was approved for award on May 15, 2018 to Jon F Swift, Inc., Mailloux & Sons, Inc., and J2 Solutions, Inc., in an amount of $900,000.00 for a period of three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The Facilities Department is requesting an increase of the purchasing limit of this bid by an additional $200,000.00 for the initial renewal period to cover anticipated expenditures due to increase in the cost of construction and an increased work load due to unforeseen projects being requested. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budgets allocated to the Facilities Services Department.
