Bids to provide food service large equipment were received from six vendors on December 2, 2021.  The bids of 7GENS LLC, Johnson-Lancaster Sales, LLC, Pueblo Hotel Supply, Stafford-Smith, Inc., and Strategic Equipment, LLC were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications.  Reasons for not selecting the apparent low bid are included with the bid tabulation. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to the Food and Nutrition Services Department.

That the bids of 7GENS LLC, Johnson-Lancaster Sales, LLC, Pueblo Hotel Supply, Stafford-Smith, Inc., and Strategic Equipment, LLC, for ‘Food Service Large Equipment’ in an amount not to exceed $160,000.00 be approved as presented.
