APPROVAL OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
The purpose of this MOU/data sharing agreement is to ensure the confidentiality and security of information and data exchanged between The School Board of Sarasota County and the University of South Florida. USF has partnered with Booker Middle School on a reading initiative which incorporates mentoring, and promotes supporting students to understand how reading and literacy is essential for continued success. USF will be using the data to evaluate this program.
Recommendation
That the agreement between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida and the University of South Florida be approved as presented.
