Toledo Blade Partners II, LLC own Tract 501 in the Suncoast Technical College Commercial Subdivision. The School Board owns Tract 301 (Career Lane) in the Suncoast Technical College Commercial Subdivision. The platting of Tract 301 (Career Lane) created a drainage and flowage easement over all of Tract 501. This easement grants the School Board a perpetual, non-exclusive easement in, on, over, under and across Tract 501, for construction, installation, use, maintenance and repair of the Drainage Facilities and Pond.
