A bid to provide ‘Milk, Juice, and Yogurt Products’ was received from one vendor on June 13, 2023.  The bid of M & B Products, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to the Food and Nutrition Services Department. 

That the bid of M & B Products, Inc., for ‘Milk, Juice, and Yogurt Products’ in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00 be approved as presented.
