APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN EDUCATION INCITES, LLC AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
The ongoing maintenance of the IIS-Thinkgate software application ensures the continued operation of the teacher evaluation, MTSS, 504, progress monitoring and professional development applications. The annual fee for the maintenance renewal agreement is $170,000.
Recommendation
That the renewal of the maintenance agreement between Education Incites, LLC and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida for July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024 be approved as presented.
