APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #3 TO THE ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE BAY HAVEN SCHOOL OF BASICS PLUS BUILDING 1 RENOVATION PROJECT.
Description
The scope of work for this Amendment is to provide the additional design services needed to compensate the designers for the revisions to the construction documents due to the reduction of the original scope of the project. The project scope reduction was executed to reduce the overall budget costs.
Gap Analysis
This change order provides for design revisions required to implement cost saving measures.
Previous Outcomes
The age and historic nature of this project require special consideration. All modifications must be carefully designed and engineered.
Expected Outcomes
Approval of this change order will allow the project team to continue with these cost saving modifications.

That Amendment #3 to the Agreement dated June 21, 2022, with Sweet Sparkman Architecture and Interiors for the Bay Haven School of Basics Plus Building 1 Renovation be approved as presented.
