APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MILESTONE TOWER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
The School District and Milestone Tower Limited Partnership entered into an agreement whereby the District granted Milestone a ground lease area to construct a cell tower on the Booker High School campus. This agreement was approved on June 7, 2022. This modification adds to the current leased area in order to accommodate the construction and layout of equipment for the tower.
Gap Analysis
Additional area is needed to accommodate the construction of the tower. The additional area granted under the lease will not affect the operation of the Booker High Campus.
Previous Outcomes
Board approved the original agreement.
Expected Outcomes
Modification to the original agreement is approved.

That the modification to the lease agreement between Milestone Tower Limited Partnership and The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida be approved as presented.
